The Project contract includes construction of a new Pavilion facility at Sydney Parkinson Reserve, Endeavour Hills. The 211m² facility, with 95m² undercover outdoor area, includes a Social Room and Change rooms with Showers, provision of accessible amenities, storage, kitchen and hard landscaping as documented.
Please note that the completed Tender Form and Pricing Schedule must be lodged separately, in addition to the remainder of your submission. Please do not attempt to embed these documents into the rest of your response. If the Tender Form and Pricing schedule are not received your tender submission will be deemed to be non-conforming.
