As an integral component to the Aitken Hill precinct, the proposed Aitken Hill Community Centre will be a contemporary community facility to support Aitken Hill residents.
The facility will be located on the North-West corner of the 14.45ha super lot site. Specifically, the community centre will offer a range of multi-function centre facilities and services such as pre-school, childcare, maternal and child health and community activity rooms on 0.7 hectare of land.
The project entails a 1500sqm (approximate) Community Centre with the following components:
* Community Activity Rooms
* Training and Meeting Rooms
* 2 x Consultancy Rooms
* 3 x Pre-School Rooms
* 2 x Maternal and Child Health Care Rooms
* Childrens’ Playground space
* Carpark
* Landscaping to perimeter
