Landfield Corporation, as a progressive organisation operating a range of enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial development sectors, continues to expand. With significant JV involvement in key resort and hotel projects underway in VIC, NSW and QLD, we're currently seeking solutions to our projects' fire system and products requirements.

This EOI is an approach to market that seeks provision for the design, supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of a compliant fire system for each venue. It also entails the consultation, recommendation and supply of fire safety products. Ideally, an integrated outcome that addresses both requirements being delivered by one successful bidder for each site (or all sites) would assist in streamlining internal processes. A Respondent can nominate either a single site or multiple sites in their response to the EOI.

Specifically, expressions of interest are invited from qualified and appropriately licensed/accredited organisations that can demonstrate experience and capability in collaboratively presenting a solution that can aide in structuring a systematic supply procedure and partnership(s).

Considered emphasis will be placed on efficiency, reliability, conformance and ongoing support in determining the outcome of this EOI. The best approach adopted may not necessarily be determined by pricing factors.

In this approach, we seek recommendation of a suitable system and technology, design of system architecture, as well as supply and installation of the system. It flows that the same applies to additional fire safety products also.

Training of select staff in the use of the system is also a mandatory component of the contract(s).

A maintenance period of at least one year is to be factored in to the supply arrangement.

Working with our stakeholders, and in coordination with our group management and operational teams, the determined solution will be implicit in ensuring our commitment to exceeding operational performances, assisting us on our path of continued growth. It will also guide us in future projects we undertake.

Organisations participating in this opportunity will be required to demonstrate their capabilities in:
1. Relevant knowledge and experience in the delivery of the required supply of goods and services;
2. Ability to implement procedures and carry out tasks within tight time constraints;
3. Being experienced in dealing with various levels of staff and contractors;
4. Being compliant with OH&S requirements, including demonstrating the importance of same;
5. Being appropriately licensed/registered, insured and compliant with State/Commonwealth regulatory requirements, as may be required;
6. Having excellent planning, co-ordination and communication skills;
7. Having clear knowledge of, and conform with regulations/systems pertaining to each of the following:
a) Business regulations;
b) Adequate financial management and budget achievement;
c) Proven people skills, and more.
8. Proven experience and success with similar requirements and/or relationships;
9. Providing ongoing support;
10. Having the resources and/or contacts/relationships with other organisations to meet our needs, and;
11. Being prepared to provide competitive pricing to us, as compared by industry standards.
