Fire management camera system

⁠⁠⁠The Green Triangle Fire Alliance (GTFA) is a consortium of 9 plantation owners and managers that collectively manage 300,000 hectares of plantation in south west Victoria and south east South Australia.

The GTFA is inviting proponents to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a fire camera system located in the Green Triangle (GT) region of south-western Victoria and south-eastern South Australia.

The GTFA established a network of 15 camera sites in 2023-24. The current contract will expire on 30 June 2027. The GTFA is open to fire camera systems that either:
•    Allows the confirmation, monitoring and locating of fires; or
•    Detects, locates and provides notification of fires (in addition to allowing the monitoring of fires).

The successful proponent will own or lease the required equipment, construct or lease infrastructure and be fully responsible for system operation and maintenance.
