Yarra Ranges Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the construction of Jellicoe Avenue, Monbulk Special Charge Scheme. This is a Lump Sum contract.
Full details of the required works are described in the Tender Documents. Tenderers must ensure that they read the tender documents fully to ascertain the works to be provided.
Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time. Such agreement will be restricted to significant circumstances outside of the Tenderers control that is likely to impact more than one Tenderer.
