Tender Description
Deakin University requires a head contractor for the refurbishment of Building IC Stage 1 and Stage 2 including staff room, amenities on two levels and all foyer areas. A proposed Stage 3 may be negotiated with preferred tenderer during construction based on rates provided in BOQ Stage 3 (Level 1).
