Tender Description
Includes the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of two (2) Helix Dumper stations.
The package includes the following elements:
1. Detailed earthworks and preparation for vault construction including crane pads as required;
2. Ongoing dewatering and water management of the excavation extents;
3. Design & construction of the concrete vault and tunnel;
4. Installation of the Helix Dumper vendor package (Helix, bridge, supports and stabilizing rollers);
5. Detailed design, integration, supply and installation of the Helix Dumper ancillary equipment (hoppers, apron feeder supply, structural shed, dust collection, cranes, piped services, electrical and control etc.).
