Contract No: 2017.29 Digital and ICT Strategy.
Tenders are invited for the above mentioned project.
Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking to engage a consultant to undertake the development of an enterprise-wide Digital Strategy and a supporting Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Strategy. The role of the ICT Strategy is to provide the internal foundations and technical capabilities to better support the Council Plan, drive business efficiency and productivity, and support better public facing digital services. Leveraging the existing ICT portfolio and nascent digital technologies, the role of the Enterprise Digital Strategy is to provide the overarching vision, goals and guiding principles to deliver a high quality ‘digital-first’ public service experience, establish a roadmap for true business transformation, and lay the foundations for a connected, vibrant and sustainable smart city.
