Tender Description
The concept of the program is to provide a street face of Burwood Council(NSW) with people walking along various streets as highlighted in the attached map at various times providing informational advice to customers when required on general topics, report to Council any breaches of legislation that are obtained whilst undertaking their activities such as outdoor eating breaches, posters placed on walls or telegraph poles, illegal placement of items on roadway/footpath, maintain flower beds along the designated streets, removing any light litter on the roadway and any other duty that arises along the theme of the above description.
This Agreement commences on 1 October 2017 and will conclude on 30 September 2020 (36 months).
The Principal may extend this Agreement for an additional period of 2 x 12 month extension.
A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 12 July 2017. commencing at 11.00am at Burwood council Suite 1 Level 2 1 17 Elsie Street Burwood NSW 2134.
Note: Tenders will only be accepted from those companies represented at this meeting.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
