Catering, Cleaning & Housekeeping Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The NSW Police Force is inviting suitably qualified respondents to submit tenders for the provision of catering services and cleaning and housekeeping services at the NSW Police Academy located in Goulburn, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.

Respondents may elect to submit a tender for the catering statement of work (Part C2), the cleaning and housekeeping statement of work (Part C3), or both. The NSW Police Force has a preference to appoint a single service provider capable of delivering both service streams, however submissions for individual service components will also be considered.

Scope

The scope of this RFT is split into three parts:

• Part C1, General Requirements
• Part C2, Catering Statement of Work, including the Dining Room, Coffee Shop, Bars and Special Functions
• Part C3, Cleaning and Housekeeping Statement of Work, including Residential Accommodation Cleaning and Housekeeping Services, Office Cleaning Services and Academy Logistic Services

• Part C, Statement of Work, including Part C1, C2 and C3
• Part D, Request for Response

Respondents must submit a tender response to Part C1 and may elect to tender for the services described in Part C2, Part C3, or both.

An Industry Briefing will be held for this opportunity.
