Tender Description
Tenders are called for Cleaning Services for a number of Inverell Shire Council Sites. Six (6) separate contracts are available:
1. Administration Centre and Town Hall.
2. Tourist Centre, Transit Centre and Library.
3. Works Depot, Emergency Operations Centre, Inverell Landfill and Inverell Aerodrome Terminal.
4. Inverell Shire Public Toilets.
5. Ashford Council Depot & Ashford Public Toilets.
6. Yetman – Apex Park, Caravan Park Amenities Building, Works Depot, Recreational Hall.
Mandatory site inspections will be held on Monday 13 July 2026, commencing at 9am.
A Tender Return Schedule and supporting documentation must be submitted prior to 4.30pm, Friday 31st July 2026, via the e-tendering portal.
Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the Tender. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
