Tender Description
Wollongong City Council (Council) wishes to engage a contractor for the provision of cleaning services, including pressure washing and mechanical brushing of paved surfaces. The scope includes the removal of stubborn and ingrained contaminants and potential safety hazards such as grease, oil, moss, faeces, coffee stains, urine, vomit, bird droppings, chewing gum, dust, and dirt.
All cleaning is to be undertaken using hot high-pressure water and mobile cleaning units capable of reclaiming and recycling wash water.
