Tender Description
(a) JLL seeks tenders to provide Cleaning and Hygiene Services to various sites in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), and South Australia (SA) for a period of three (3) years with extension options.
(b) Tenders may be submitted for one (1), two (2) or three (3) states
(c) It is a mandatory requirement that a Tender is submitted for all services and all sites within a state on the terms and conditions of the Tender. Failure to comply with this condition, means the tender will be in breach of the Conditions for Participation, defined in Clause 3.1 Criteria for the Evaluation of Tenders;
(d) Respondents submitting a tender response for Victoria must attend a mandatory site visit;
(e) Respondents submitting a tender response for New South Wales and South Australia must participate in a mandatory site briefing (via telephone);
(f) A mandatory requirement of the tender is that the respondent must hold triple certification for ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 18001 in QA, OH&S and Environmental Management.
