Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong is seeking tenders from suitably experienced civil contractors to undertake the civil works for the proposed Green Organics Processing Facility.
This is primarily civil works including but not limited to Site Establishment, Bulk Earthworks, Crushed Rock Pavements & Access Roads, HDPE Lined Ponds, provision of services including drainage, and security (fencing) for the site.
Please refer to the detailed specifications and drawings for all details.
It is expected a tenderer will commence the works in September or October 2017 with the expectation that the works will be completed within a 6-7 month period.
Mandatory Site Inspection
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at;
11.00am (local time) Wednesday 28 June 2017 meet at 450 Staceys Rd Anakie. Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.
Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process and will record details of the tenderers for compliance to the mandatory site inspection.
Tenderers are required to return completed schedules and pricing tables with their submission.
