Landscape Construction Services

The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking suitably experienced and qualified Landscape Contractor to deliver the Supply and Installation of Landscape Construction Services, Beeliar Drive (median island duplication works) Spearwood Avenue to Watson Road.

The successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate sound performance in the supply, installation and construction of landscape services and the ability to achieve predetermined timeframes.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Preliminary site works
(b) Supply of plants, planting and mulching;
(c) Supply and install automatic irrigation system
(d) Twelve (12) weeks maintenance period.

It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract shall be awarded during August 2017; with an estimated total, supply and construction period of six (6) weeks.
