Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake landscaping works to the Quadrangles Area for the Year 8 and 9 area at Rossmoyne Senior High School.
Scope
The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Soil preparation
- Mulching
- Planting
- Irrigation works
- Supply and installation of furniture
- Other landscaping works to the Quadrangles Area for the Year 8 and 9 area
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are to be scheduled around exams (28 October to 20 November 2026)
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A site visit will be held at Keith Road, Rossmoyne on 28 July 2026 at 1:00 PM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Rossmoyne Senior High School, located at Keith Road, Rossmoyne WA 6148.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Please register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au. The Request for Tender number and name must be reflected on all correspondence.
