Tender Description
Lismore City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified companies to undertake the Design & Construction of the Oakes Oval Redevelopment Project Stage One.
The following improvements have been identified as elements within stage 1 of this project:
* Demolition of selected existing structures and infrastructure;
* Increasing the player surface to be compliant with AFL requirements;
* New oval fence;
* New perimeter fence;
* New concrete pathways and landscaping;
* New grandstands (Design and Construct);
* New amenities on Dawson and Magellan Streets (Design and Construct);
* Re-contour grass spectator mounds;
* New electronic scoreboard (Design and Construct);
* New cricket sight screens (Design and Construct);
* Renovations to the Gordon Pavilion change room facilities;
* New AFL goal posts (Design and Construct);
* New cricket practice nets;
* Modifications to 2 off existing light post foundations; and
* Modifications to existing LCC shed.
Tender submissions close at 2pm Wednesday 19th July 2017.
