Tender Description
The City of Ryde (Council) is seeking quotations for suitably qualified and experienced firms or persons to undertake a road condition survey of the sealed road network within the Council, collection and assessment of related visual data, and reporting the results of the survey.
For the survey, road pavement data will be collected utilising both multi-laser profiler technology and digital imaging to provide new condition data. The data will be analysed and processed and reported in a format suitable to allow Council's asset database and pavement management systems to be updated.
The utilisation of alternative technology options, as proposed by the service provider will be considered if benefit over the indicated methodology can be demonstrated.
