Master Planning, Public Domain Design, Development Applications, and Tender Documentation.
Ku-ring-gai Council (Council) invites submissions from Teams comprising a Registered Architect, Urban Designer and a Landscape Architect (combined practice or consortium) to provide design consultancy services for a range of upcoming Master Planning and/or design development projects. Key elements of the projects include:
* Master planning Ku-ring-gai local centres;
* Public Domain Design;
* Development Applications (DA) for sites with approved Master plans in place; and
* Design development to Tender Documentation for projects that have already gained development consent.
