ANNUAL SUPPLY OF QUARRY AND ROAD MAKING MATERIALS

CONTRACT 17/034

This contract forms an integral part of Council's Annual Supply program of Quarry and Road Making Materials for the Horsham municipality, north west Victoria.

The purpose of this Contract is to have available a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of quarry and road making materials.

The Contract comprises the supply and load only (ex bin) of quarry products and road making materials for an initial 3 year period. Council at its sole discretion may offer a further one, three year term of contract. Material rates will be called for annually for Council’s consideration. Council is not bound to accept rates during any period of the contract or optional terms.

Quantities are not guaranteed under this contract.

Supplied material shall be from a licensed extraction pit or other approved source.

Tenders may be accepted from one or more Suppliers.
