Property NSW (PNSW) invites applicants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to provide maintenance and cleaning services, either separately or combined (cleaning/maintenance combined in a facilities management model), to government facilities including (but not limited to) Department of Education schools (DoE), TAFE Colleges, Police Stations, Courthouses, government office buildings and other eligible Customers.
The EOI seeks to identify potential service providers in a number of Options. These Options are:
(i) Maintenance only - (whole of government - predominantly DoE);
(ii) Cleaning only - (whole of government); and
(iii) Combined maintenance and cleaning [(i) and (ii) above combined].
Respondents may:
(iv) Nominate interest in providing the Services to any number of contract packages; and
(v) Nominate multiple Options for service delivery per contract package.
