Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council (‘the Client’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the Provision of Civil Design Services (‘the Services’).
The agreement (‘Deed’) will be for an initial period of two (2) years with the Client having the sole option to extend the Deed by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
A panel of up to six (6) suppliers may be selected by the Client to provide the Services.
The Client intends to enter into a Schedule of Rates agreement for the execution of Services and the tendered % rates shall remain firm, (that is, not subject to rise and fall) for the term of the Deed.
Full details of the required services are described in the Brief. Tenderers must ensure that they read the tender documents fully to ascertain the services to be provided.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time. Such agreement will be restricted to significant circumstances outside of the Tenderers control that is likely to impact more than one Tenderer.
