Blue Mountains City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitability experienced and qualified operators to lease, fitout and run a signature restaurant and kiosk in Katoomba, NSW, within the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The vision for this redeveloped and renovated establishment is that it will provide a quality dining experience, along with refreshments and picnic hampers, to tourists and locals enjoying the Katoomba Falls area and broader Scenic Southern Escarpment precinct.
