Works to include but not be limited to the following:
Restoration to the existing relocated school building, including a mock heritage style access ramp. An extension shall be including to the existing facility to provide additional amenities such as a new Kitchen, Cleaners / Store Room, and a new Accessible WC. The total area of the Extension is 21m2 with cantilevering sides and featuring a Swale Drain.
