The project contract includes the complete demolition of existing shed and the construction of a new wide span storage facility, complete with full Building Permit provided by the awarded tenderer including all associated works incorporated in the Architectural, Structural, and Services documentation.
The provided documentation has been based on a modular storage shed design the builder is required to engage a suitably qualified shed manufacturer for the supply of the complete shed and all associated documentation with that shed including but not limited to construction drawings, engineering certification, computations and all items required to obtain the building permit and to construct the shed.
The 1280 Sqm Storage facility shall have 6-10m wide bays and include mezzanines & storage rooms. It shall have a WC as denoted in drawings, and come equipped with automated roller doors and personal access doors and shall incorporate all services as documented.
