Request for Quotation. Deliver a purpose built integrated portal solution for Parramatta Food Services.
Suppliers are invited to deliver a purpose built integrated online solution, delivered to Council's Food Services.
The Services required are as follows:
* Build web based solution to order meals and generate charges dependent on multiple tier pricing
* Inbuilt Stock Inventory Control Management function
* Inbuilt Ordering and Forecasting function
* Intuitive filtering and sorting options of menus against allergies, preferences and other criteria based on user profile
* User friendly and accessible interface. Device agnostic
* Appropriate security measures
* Integration with council internal systems
* Integrated with Banking Gateway (Credit card, direct debit and BPay options)
* Integrated accounts model with statement generation and journal functionality
* Multiple reporting functions required
* Council envisages owning Intellectual Properties of the system on completion
