Expressions of Interest Sought Provision of Office Accommodation to Lease

⁠⁠⁠Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of office accommodation in the below mentioned locations, preferably centrally located with reasonable access to public transport and delivered by 4th Quarter 2018, or earlier if an existing site. Multi-tenant sites will be considered. Secure car parking is essential.
* Lilydale, Victoria - Approx. 750m2 - 800m2 office, secure bays for 12 cars and 1 x mini-bus/trailer
* Heidelberg, Victoria - Approx. 700m2 - 800m2 office, secure bays for 4 - 6 cars.
* Moorabbin, Victoria - Approx. 450m2 - 500m2 office, secure bays for 8 cars.
* Ringwood, Victoria - Approx. 1,800m2 office, secure bays for 34 cars and 2 x mini-buses/trailers. OR Approx 3,000m2 Office, secure bays for 49 cars and 2 x mini-buses/trailers.
* Geelong, Victoria - Approx. 500m2 - 800m3 warehouse/office.

The accommodation is required to be a minimum PCA A grade and a minimum 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating. Victorian Government Office Accommodation Guidelines, 2007, and other relevant Government guidelines will apply to any building or construction activities undertaken by the respondent to this project.

Initially, please register interest by providing basic information such as an address, area available, whether new or existing. Subject to the evaluation of initial responses, selected parties may be invited to submit a formal offer in the Request of Proposal (RFP) wherein we will require the following information:
* Key financial and commercial lease terms (including incentives and outgoings).
* Whether the respondent is in a position to carry out an integrated fit out.
* Proposed occupation date.
* Floor plans and technical specifications, images and photographs.
* Car parking allocation.
