Mobile Food & Beverage Operator Licences (Torquay and Jan Juc)

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is offering two licences for seasonal mobile food and beverage operations, located at Elephant Walk, Torquay, and Carnarvon Ave carpark, Jan Juc.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Operating a seasonal mobile food and beverage business under licence at either Elephant Walk, Torquay, or the Carnarvon Ave carpark, Jan Juc

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Licence commencement: 1 September 2026
• Licence period: 1 September to end April annually

Contractor Requirements

As a minimum requirement of the licence, the licensee is expected to operate daily during the following times:

• 26 December to 31 January inclusive
• Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive
• All Victorian school holidays during the licence period
• All Victorian gazetted public holidays during the licence period

Operations under the licence can only take place during daylight hours.

Tender Briefing

An online briefing session will be held to provide an overview of the locations and licence requirements. Questions can be asked during the session, with a summary of questions and responses posted on the forum afterwards.
