Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Landscape & Civil Works of Beatty Avenue - Stage 1 in Armadale (100m long). This work includes approximately:
* 100m of Sawn Bluestone Kerb and Charcoal Coloured Concrete Channel Reconstruction.
* 100m2 of Asphalt Footpath Reconstruction.
* 20m2 of Charcoal Coloured Concrete Footpath and Drive Crossings Reconstruction.
* 150m2 of Brick Paving Construction.
* 170m of Drainage & Property Stormwater Drainage and AG Drainage (up to 300mm diameter pipe).
* 7 No's of Tree Plantings, Tree Grates and Tree Guards including Tree Structural Soil Construction.
