The project is located at 76 Power Road DOVETON VIC 3177 (Melway 90K9).

Works to include but not be limited to the following: The Project contract includes construction of new accessible compliant entry to the Hall including a new entry foyer, extension to existing kitchen and a store room to Hall 3. The work also includes complete refurbishment of existing kitchen and adding a new kitchen to cater for different cooking arrangements for multi-cultural user groups. Provision of compliant access to stage and refurbishment of Main Hall including new mechanical ventilation & new lighting forms major part of renewal works.

Among the works planned are, upgrade to all amenities including accessible toilet to comply to current standard's, upgrading of floor finishes & ceiling finishes, repair of roof and gutters and general paint work for the external walls are main items.

The facility is expected to be completed by October 2017.
