⁠⁠⁠Landfield Corporation is a progressive organisation operating several enterprise divisions in the hospitality, hotel, resort and commercial arenas across Australia. Our latest project, a resort development in the Yarra Valley, Victoria - an 80 room resort, function facility, restaurant and cellar door, among other features.

The project has presented us with a need to contract with a recruitment services agency to lead the task of an effective strategy for the recruitment drive of approximately forty (40) employees for the project.

We are currently approaching market, inviting qualified individuals/organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest for the provision of recruitment associated services in preparation for pre-launch and launch of the facility.

We’re seeking experienced organisations/persons with relevant history recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening and recommendation of candidates for the applicable roles. Services include being available to regularly liaise with management, relevant contractors, and other project stakeholders, as required.

The contract(s) to be awarded is not for the faint-hearted. It will be demanding, provide an abundance of opportunity and will considerably attribute to your profit growth. Dedication, commitment, flexibility and focus are important facets in our consideration of appointment. The contract(s) available is well suited to either independent operators or larger organisations keen to capitalise on a rare opportunity which will be supported by a strong team that will further enhance your future business with us, including additional forthcoming projects.

The focus of our engagement(s) through this EOI is on strategy, execution, management and efficiency of a recruitment process that will see employees commence in their roles from approximately July 2017 and run through to October 2017. This contract will include additional employee recruitment beyond this initial drive, over a period of twelve (12) months.

This EOI relates to the recruitment of permanent full-time employees only.
