Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contracts:

Construction of Mint Street Wetlands, Wantirna

The provision of a quality assured contract for the construction of Mint Street Wetlands, Wantirna involving the following quantities: Earthworks (4540 cu.m), blackmax pipe (57m), drainage pits (3No), rock endwalls (3No), reinforced concrete paving (28.5 sqm) crushed rock access track (48sq.m) and associated jute matting and farm fencing.

Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of twelve (12) weeks.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.00pm, Wednesday 5 April 2017.

Tender conditions, schedules and specification documents can be downloaded from our website www.knox.vic.gov.au/tenders or alternatively documentation may be obtained for a non refundable cost of $75.00 at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 4.00pm Thursday, 20 April, 2017.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
