This contract relates to the construction of the stormwater easement drainage for Binding Ave.
The Works comprise but are not limited to:
* Provision for traffic management and protection of the Works;
* Setting out of the Works;
* Clearing and grubbing;
* Earthworks including alterations to existing services;
* Construction of concrete works, drainage pits, pipe plugs;
* Installation of stormwater drainage pipes, bored pipe, pits and house drains;
* Reinstatement of garden beds, fences, plants and structures.
* Topsoiling and seeding of nature strips and disturbed areas.
