Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders for the refurbishment of the existing Depot Administration Centre in Pakenham.

The building retrofit will include two stories and installation of a passenger lift.

The facility will service the Cardinia Shire Council's Assets and Services Operations Team.
