Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide a suitable building that will have female friendly change rooms and umpires rooms at the rear the sporting facilities at Raeburn Reserve, 8-42 Landells Road, Pascoe Vale.
Provide a set of prefabricated modular/portables that provide unisex change rooms and amenities and umpires change rooms as per the AFL Preferred Facility Guidelines for Local State Leagues Facilities.
The successful tenderer would be expected to commence the works April 2017 and commit to the completion date of 30 July 2017.
A compulsory site inspection will be held Monday 1 April 2017, 8.30 am to 9.30 am at Raeburn Reserve, 8-42 Landells Road, Pascoe Vale.
