Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Works comprise:

New reception desk for 2 staff with computers
New lights to Foyer
New glazed auto slider from Foyer to Lift lobby
New centre pivot doors between Gallery and Multipurpose
Relocate power and data from column in Gallery to west stud wall
New Timber & Vinyl floor to mezzanine level (existing bearers and joist structure to be reused)
Refurbishment of concrete floors in Foyer and Gallery

Tender Option A:
New Airlock with glazed auto slider and associated works
