Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00 pm on Wednesday 29 March 2017 from contractors to undertake works associated with the reconstruction of the Anakie Reserve Change Rooms whilst leaving the Social section of the facility fully functional. The scope of work encompasses the following:
The construction of a new building structure, associated external works including all nominated sub-contract works;
All associated demolition works required on site to accommodate the new works;
All associated site works including driveways, parking, ramps, steps, viewing terraces, soft landscaping & the like as shown on the Drawings;
Provision of all mechanical, electrical, communications, hydraulic, storm water services;
The provision of all fittings and fixtures where nominated and all necessary 'in-wall' supports for fittings
The project requirements are detailed in the documentation.
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 10am Wednesday 15 March 2017 Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.
Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process. The Site Meeting will at Anakie Reserve 45 De Motts Road, Anakie.
Tenderers are not required to notify Council of their attendance.
Please ensure your company is in attendance and your representative registers their attendance when at the site. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender (refer tender condition 3.4).
