Provision of CIDM Resourcing

⁠⁠⁠The One-Stop Shop Strategy and Implementation Office (OSSSIO) a business division of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendor to:

* provide an agile team to deliver the Customer Identity Management (CIDM) Initiative as part of the One Stop Shop Program of Work. OSSSIO uses an agile approach and therefore requires rapid iteration and continuous delivery of the functionality.
* deliver a cost-effective Customer Identity Management application/capability that is flexible and responsive to evolving and diverse business requirements.

To meet this the following tasks need to be performed:
1. The existing CIDM functionality is to be re-platformed to the Auth0 platform. The customer experience, learnings, rules and processes are to be leveraged but not constrain an innovative implementation.

2. The application must provide consistent login and session management, including cross domain session management.

3. The application must be robust and secured appropriately to protect the customer information stored.

4. Utilise ‘out of the box’ functionality replacing the bespoke functionality where appropriate. Theming and configuration will be required.

5. Implement best practice system logging and monitoring, to enable good system management, based on existing system logs, enhancing where applicable.

6. Transition of existing information into new databases as required (small amount of data).

7. Re-platform the existing EOI At Counter application leveraging components of CIDM. The EOI At Counter application must align with the OSS Service Strategy.

8. Review the future functionality to provide a core capability to implement the high valued functionality

9. Additional third party credential integration (e.g. 1 William Street, MyGov) and other appropriate customer detail databases are to be integrated securely into Auth0 platform.

10. Identification and utilisation of Auth0 functionality that may assist or enhance OSSSIO initiatives.

11. Assist in planning and designing transition of data and potentially undertaken the transition activity
