Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Colac Otway Shire Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the Bluewater Leisure Centre (Bluewater) Business Review.

The Bluewater Business Review will evaluate and assess the operating performance and service delivery model of the business and make recommendations for the most appropriate business model and operational structure for the provision of a multi-purpose recreation and leisure facility.

Submissions close 4pm 22 March 2017.
