St Joseph's Parish Warrnambool Koala Childcare and Early Learning Centre - North Campus

Expressions of Interest are called from commercially registered Builders to undertake construction services to the Parish Childcare Centre (Koala Childcare & Early Learning Centre).

Scope of works: Construction of 700m2 building and 430m2 playground, including extension of existing carpark. Project handover date 12th Jan 2018.

Please provide a two page summary outlining company profile and relevant experience in construction in this area. Criteria for assessment will be based on - Technical and managerial capacity for the

Safety record
Workload and capacity to achieve non-negotiable timelines

EOI's are open for a short period due to construction deadlines.

No EOi will necessarily be accepted.
