Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitable qualified builders for refurbishment works at the Wilsons Reserve Pavilion in Wilsons Road, Doncaster.
The works involve renovation of the exisiting football pavilion including the creatation of a third changeroom and installation of a new roof and ceiling. Works are to include the removal of all asbestos in accordance with the Division 6 report conducted on the building.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
A pre-tender site visit has been arranged for 3:00pm on Thursday, 16th Feruary 2017 at the Wilsons Reserve Pavilion, 95-107 Wilsons Road, Doncaster (Melways Map 47, A2).
