Tender Description
In response to strong local community demand, refurbishment of the disused Dingee, Willaura and Murtoa train stations has been identified under the Community Use of Vacant Rail Buildings Program at the following locations.
* Dingee 205 Km's North of Melbourne
* Murtoa 300 Km's NW of Melbourne
* Willaura 240 Km's West of Melbourne
Scope of Works will consist of the following:
* Structural repairs to buildings, including replacement of the floors, walls and roof framing.
* Repair of internal and external finishes, including installation of new flooring, wall and ceiling linings, windows and doors, and painting throughout.
* Construction and installation of kitchenettes and toilets facilities, including new fixtures, fittings, finishes and joinery
* Removal of redundant services and construction of new services.
* Others works as highlighted in the architect reports such as Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, Joinery, Brickworks along with some installation works for Hydraulics and Electrical.
* Submissions to authorities relating to works
