Tender Description
Council is looking for a suitably qualified community member to join its Internal Audit Committee. The committee generally meets on a quarterly basis. The role of the Internal Audit Committee is to assist Council in the discharge of its responsibilities for financial reporting, maintaining a reliable system of internal controls, asset management and fostering the organisation's ethical development.
A background or qualifications in business management, accounting, financial management or asset management would be advantageous.
