Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Northview State School - - C Block refurbishment and School Wide Air Con Replacement and related works. Design and Construct.
The work proposed includes reconfiguration and refurbishment of C Block, school wide air conditoning replacement and associated building works.
The project is to be delivered under the Significant Regional Infrastructure Projects Program and Air Conditoning Replacement Program.
Eligible contractors are required to:
* Be at least PQC 2 rated
* Eligible to work in PQC Mackay area
* Have office in Central West, Fitzroy or Mackay regions
* Have QA to AS/NZS ISO9001
The submission will require non price criteria to be addressed.
A site visit will be held on site at time to be advised, but likely to be during week of 16-20 January 2017.
