Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Berserker Street State School - Select A & B Block Air Con replacement and related works. Design and Construct.
The work proposed include replacement of a number of air conditioning units in A & B Blocks and associated building works, including the reconfiguration of three classrooms spaces in to trwo classroom spaces in Block B.
The project is to be delivered under the Significant Regional Infrastructure Projects Program.
Eligible contractors are required to:
* Be PQC 2 rated
* Eligible to work in PQC Fitzroy area
* Have office in Central West, Fitzroy or Mackay regions
* Have QA to AS/NZS ISO9001
The submission will require non price criteria to be addressed.
A site visit will be held on site at time to be advised, but likely to be during week of 16-20 January 2017.
