Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to undertake a feasibilty study.
The aim of this feasibility assessment is to determine the most suitable location for the proposed shared path bridge (pedestrian and cyclists) over the Yarra River between Banskia Regional park, Bulleen and the Warringal parklands, Heidelberg and to prepare a preliminary project cost estimate for both design and construction, a concept plan and a business case.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
