Construction of a concrete shared path, and associated minor drainage works, and bulk earthworks to enlarge the available play area, including construction of three sitting areas and a lookout formed by gabion retaining walls at Lawford Reserve, Doncaster.
The extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the documents and includes the following items:
* Removal of existing playground equipment, water tap and associated infrastructure;
* Bulk earthworks to enlarge the play area of the reserve including construction of three sitting areas and lookout formed by gabion retaining walls;
* First stage of construction of the shared path and associated minor drainage works between the Tullamore development and Lawford Street.
