Tender Description
The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced organisation to establish and manage an Accommodation Program for the Australian Government (Government).
The successful Tenderer will be required to:
* Establish and maintain an accommodation program for the Government;
* Negotiate net (non-commissionable) rates with a wide variety of accommodation providers;
* Provide accommodation inventory to the Government’s travel management company;
* Manage allotments to meet the needs of Government travellers;
* Provide comprehensive and accurate data and reporting to Finance and participants;
* Make and manage bookings for government travellers;
* Pay accommodation providers; and
* Charge participants' travel cards.
To access Attachment E - Due Diligence of this RFT, Tenderers are required to complete a Tender Registration Document (Attachment F) which will be verified by the Procurement Management Branch Tender Team.
