Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00 pm, Friday 16 December 2016. This project includes the construction of two main underground drainage components; one at Heales Road and one at McManus Road, Lara. The project also includes the construction of a major culvert crossing in McManus Road.
The works to be performed in Heales Rd Rehabilitation include two sections - section 1 is between Bacchus Marsh Rd and McManus Rd. The second section is between Broderick Road and Forrest Rd South.
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 2.30pm Tuesday 29 November 2016. Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. The Site inspection will at 200 McManus Rd, that is 400m north of the McManus Rd and Heales Rd intersection. Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.
Tenderers are not required to notify Council of their attendance.
Please ensure your company is in attendance and your representative registers their attendance when at the site. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender (refer tender condition 3.4).
