Expressions of Interest ("EOI") are invited for the provision of Golfing and Hospitality Services at the Malvern Valley Golf Course (MVGC) for an Initial Contract Term of 5 years. The MVGC is a public 18-hole course, owned and maintained by the City of Stonnington. The hub complex features a pro-shop, cafe/bar and function venue.
Council is seeking to engage an experienced operator to manage and operate the combined pro-shop and cafe/bar (including collection of green fees) and the function venue at the conclusion of the existing contract.
Upgrade and renewal building works are to be completed early in 2017 to improve the condition and functionality of the whole facility prior to the commencement of the new contract.
